Womenfs average life span is around 86 years, while menfs life span is around 76 years. Women live more than ten years than men. What are reasons about this big gap? Are women genetically stronger than men? Do women eat better or nutritious foods than men? Do women have less stress than man? Do house wives have much power than husbands? I found one very important reason during recent three years. That is the point who do house works in most Japanese family. Mostly in Japan house wives prepare breakfast, make lunch boxes for children, wash clothes, cleaning rooms, go shopping, prepare lunch and dinner, wash dishes etc. Those are very healthy excises from the point of human health. Now letfs think our usual life style again, and try to do every house work by your self. This makes you very healthy and to get longer life span.
