   She kindly performed a speech, dance, and songs for us
   with sign language in the past regular meeting.
2. The Division B Speech Contest
   Participants from our club: TM Watanabe, TM Negi, TM Matsushima
3. Shift in the membership
・ TM Hirano withdrew from this club.
・ TM Sakamoto will leave for Vietnam to take part in an ODA project
   sponsored by JICA. A farewell party will be held for him after this
   meeting.
・ Application for new membership by Mr. Yamaguchi was approved unanimously.
  TM Matsushima presided over the Induction Ceremony for Mr. Yamaguchi and
  chose himself as his mentor.

Gardens are bathed in the sweet fragrance of roses
in the sunlight of May.

Leaving a sweet memory, Ms. Mariko Takamura passed away,
though she is still dancing and singing vividly not only in the movie
of my cellular phone but also in my heart.

Her death reminds me a life is really transient. Why are we here?
Who makes us meet each other? Who decides our life span? No one knows.

By a curious coincidence, she introduced her favorite song "The Rose"
in her book. Let's appreciate the poem to pray for the repose of her soul.
