a. The Sergeant at Arms chairs the Social and Reception Committee.
Social and Reception Committee will help meeting room reservations.

b. The Club Secretary chairs the Record Committee.
Special committee "Record Committee" will help to make the minutes of meeting.


*Call for ideas and introduction of 2009 Speech Contest Committee from TM Negi

*Thought for the day                 July 5th, 2008: TM Takahashi

On streets ,in cars ,at stations, we see many police.
These deployed police make us realize keenly that the G-8 will begin
next week. It is sad ,but actually it is most important thing to start
and to carry on safely.

There are many issues need to be solved need to be committed ,about
nuclear terrolism,poverty ,health,support for developing countries so
on,
The central issue this time is climate change ..Terrible disaster
occur all over the world.

Especially this time as a host country of the G-8, Japan is discussing
about North Korea humanitarian concerns  of course including abduction
of Japanese .

I hope the G-8 will be held peacefully and will be fruitful .
