1. Our newest member, Y. Ito was inducted into membership.
2. "District Governor's by-election and its procedure" were discussed. 
President Matsushima introduced the amendment by DTM Hayashi carried:
"In January 17 meeting, the in-house election of District Governor is done by
secret ballot. The first place winner gets two votes of our club delegates."

The seconded motion means that "We of Tsukuba Toastmasters Club induct the
Electoral Vote System for the selection of District Governor in order to every
Toastmaster  will be able to vote for the candidate who receives the majority
vote in the Club. "
