   The election will be held on May 16.
2. Proxy for International Convention 2009 was discussed.
   Our proxy will sent to District Governor with answers “Yes” for proposal A:
    “Global Representations and Support, including Proposed Bylaws Changes and Proposed Regions Map”
and Nominated International Officers.
3. Club/Area Alignment Proposal was discussed.
   Our club delegates will decide on site of District Conference.
  We may agree with the proposed plan.
4. President Matsushima announced the information of Division B speech Contest.
   The contest will be held on April 26 at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space Ikebukuro.
   Anybody, who wants to attend the contest, shall contact TM Matsushima till 20 April.
5. VPE Takahashi made us sure to certificate the record of CC and CL manual.
6. Treasurer announced for early-bird fees of the spring conference.
