Thought for the day    TM Kondo

ATMS Osamu Kondo

It is the season of welcoming freshmen to school or company.  They bring
freshness into the organization, which is vital to keep it active and young.
Japanese Productivity Center or Shakai-seisansei-honbu stereotypes new
employees each year and coins a collective name to describe the character of
them.  According to the recent report, this year’s new employees are
classified as “Day trader Type”.  It means that they may change company
easily for his or her own benefit, just like Day traders sell and buy stocks
frequently to make money.    Provided that the mentality of people is
strongly affected by the economic situation, it is always important to
invest in yourself to keep your value higher.  I believe that Toastmasters
Club is one of the most effective places for that with minimum cost.  Let’s
start the new fiscal year with renewed interest in Toastmasters Club.
