    1. President Hashida explained some club rules.
      a) Ums &Ahs penalty: the former rule comes to be continued.
      b) People who get awards during meeting have to take initiative for
        washing cups and vacuuming the room.
   2. TM Negi attended a general meeting in Awajishima on Nov.17 and.
       He reported our club got the Distinguish Award and was going to
     belong to Area 22 next term.
   3. VPE Watanabe explained the rule of short speech contest : all
     attendance has to prepare 3 minutes speech .
    4. TM Saita reported the experience of attending the TMC at Vancouver
      in Canada.
    5. TM Nariai brought us sweets as souvenir of Kyushu.

December is the month people look back the year.

 At the corporate level, managers are busy to review the performance of
their group and individual performance of their employees.

 At the personal level, you might ask to yourself with various questions.

 Did I study hard this year to learn new things in the school?  Did I work
hard to obtain satisfactory results at work place?  Did I challenge enough
in making as many as speeches in the Toastmasters club this year?


Your questions may continue.  Could I spend enough time with my children?
Was I good and kind to my partner?  And….., was I happy this year?


My answers?  Let me think of them.  It’s still the beginning of December,
so I have one month to think of my answers.
