The rainy season has started since the day before yesterday.
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, the beginning
of the rainy season has came 6 days later than usual.

The agency also said the end of the rainy season may come earlier than
usual  due to the cooling of ocean temperatures off the coast of Peru,
a phenomenon known as La Nina, warning that it may cause water shortage
and extreme heat. 
We have to use water sparing.

In spite of the rainy season, it is very fine today.
So lets enjoy this meeting with fine feeling.
