＊Application from Ms. Shimada was discussed on the floor and was accepted
unanimously. Induction ceremony for Ms.Shimada was conducted.
＊Treasurer TM Denda explained the annual budget plan for this year and the
present  economic situation of the club and almost all members approved this
plan.
＊President suggested that formal attendance to the other club should be
paid for his transportation, attendance fee and half of the party fee. It
was approved on the floor.

Congratulations! Tsukuba Toastmasters Club Members. Last Sunday, One day,
four speech contests were successfully held as native or non-native speakers
and audiences. Who is the Superman? They are here, the members of
Toastmaster Tsukuba.
In spite of you are students, housewives, professors, researchers,
governors, or company employee. At the moment, we were toastmasters for the
same purpose gathering together. The communication and leadership skills
that came from each member were getting together to be a strong power push
the contests to be success.
From reception staffs to session master, all of you represented professional
accomplishment. Such skills property came from our regular meetings. The
important proportion. We came here with a bit nervous, we left here with
confident. We came here for improving our communication and leadership
skills, what we obtained from here are to enjoy and to change our life. I am
proud of you, Toastmasters Tsukuba club.
