* Induction Ceremony for TM Tashiro was conducted after unanimous approval
of the attendance to the application submitted by Mr. Tashiro. TM Negi was
assigned as his mentor.
* The difference of the image between TMI Home Page and our Tsukuba TM Home
Page was discussed. Japanese explanation will be also supportable to
advertisement.
* The appeal for attendance to District Conference was announced. TM Park
will attend at District A meeting and TM Dennda at District C on the 22th
Oct. All Japan Humorous Speech contest will be held on the 11th.(Japanese)
and on the 12th.(English) of Nov. TM Takahashi will join on the 11th.and TM
Kaneko will join on the 12th. Of Nov.
* Short Speech Contest will be held on the 16th. Dec. TM Nakamura will be in
charge of reservation of the restaurant for the following party.

Now, we are in the middle of autumn leave season. Next Sunday, I am planning
to go to Nasu-Shiobara with my wife to see the mountains in red, yellow and
orange. I am looking forward to enjoy sightseeing there and bathing in
Onsen.
Autumn leaves make us sentimental, but we have to know that trees are ready
to winter by falling their leaves. During winter, trees are ready for spring
to have thick leaves in summer and grow bigger. In other words, trees are
always ready to the next season for their growth. Like trees, I want to be
ready to the next. I hope today’s meeting will also be another step for my
growth as a better communicator.
