This Contest Judge Training Workshop is provided for members 
who join the conference from all over Japan to learn fair judging.

On the Spring Conference District has to plan Educational session and
one of them is " Contest Judge Training " workshop.

Because there are advices that District should provide members more many chances
to learn "Contest Judge " to understand fair judging, judge standard and
increase members who complete judge training.

So these 2 or 3 years District planned Contest Judge Training workshop
at the spring conference. The participants who complete are given the
Certificate. 

Recently on the higher level contests Judges are requested to show 
the certificate of "Contest Judge Training" beside judge eligibility and
experiences.

International Director Poh Kim Siong came to Japan and conducted 
"Contest Judge Workshop" on Feb 7 and 8th. About 40 members participated
and learn the workshop before the contest season. 
But these are limited only for members around Kanto area. 

So Spring Conference is good chance for many members to learn Contest
Judges. For Tsukuba TMC Spring Conference is the great chance for you all
to learn and get Certificate.

To know Judging is to know how to win the contest.
